Rates and Examples

The rates and programs shown on the pages of this site – CanadaLend.com – only apply to mortgages being processed by CanadaLend. These examples are for informational purposes only; it does not count as an actual offer to make a mortgage or the approval of any mortgage terms.

Rates and programs shown are subject to change at any moment and not all applicants will be eligible.

We do not offer personal unsecured loans.

Actual interest rates and mortgage terms cannot be determined until an application has been submitted online (through CanadaLend) or in writing with all the required documentation. Applicants must qualify under our underwriting requirements as well as satisfy the contingencies of mortgage approval, which includes verification of financial information.

Mortgage approval is subject to an appraisal, title review, and no change in financial condition. Some mortgages are also not available in all jurisdictions.
